⚙️How To Parcipate

Go to the Creators League portal from the WIN page and upload the link (URL) of the video posted on your social media accounts in the upload space corresponding to the enabled content pillar (each pillar has limited slots, visible on the portal). The content must:

A. Comply with current quality guidelines. B. Visibly include the hashtag #BeaWinner in the post. C. Remain public for at least 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the content on the social media platform (the “Permanence Period”).

The URL must be uploaded to the portal on the same calendar day that the content is published on the chosen social media platform.

WIN does not guarantee or control the functioning of the social networks used by participants and will not be responsible for the deletion, removal, blocking, restriction of visibility, URL changes, service outages, or any other unavailability of content, whether due to a decision by the participant, the social network itself, or third parties. If, for any reason, the content does not remain available under the required conditions for the entire Duration, the participant will not be entitled to receive the WIN Points associated with the benefit, and WIN may cancel or adjust any preliminary accreditation at its sole discretion.

Once the URL has been received on the Creators League portal and it has been verified that the video was published by your creator account and that it meets the basic eligibility requirements, an initial reward of XXXX WIN Points will be credited to your portal (the “Initial Points”).

Once the Minimum Retention Period has been fully complied with and WIN has verified the validity and availability of the content on the corresponding social network, the rest of the WIN Points provided for the action will be credited (the “Remaining Points”). Failure to comply with the Minimum Retention Period, or the detection of fraud, inconsistencies, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions, will entitle WIN to withhold the Remaining Points and/or cancel the Initial Points.

Additional WIN Points for performance may be credited once the metrics have been verified within the applicable measurement period of 15 days from publication, in accordance with the current Rewards Structure table.

In order to receive any benefits, you must be registered with WIN and have your KYC process completed, updated, and approved. WIN may suspend the crediting of WIN Points until any pending issues related to registration, KYC, or content verification are resolved.

Relevant notifications will be sent to the email address used by the user to register.
