A **Training Club** is the sports institution responsible for the development of soccer players between the ages of 12 and 23. Its work is fundamental in the integral formation of the athletes, both in the sporting and personal aspects.

Thanks to the training rights established by FIFA, these clubs receive financial compensation when players are transferred to other clubs, thus recognizing their investment in the development of talent.\ <br>

Player-training clubs **have two rights over players related to training** in the institution: The Solidarity Mechanism and the Right of Formation.

WIN focuses on the tokenization of the **FIFA Solidarity Mechanism**, an entitlement that gives training clubs 5% of the value of each international transfer of a player between the ages of 12 and 23.

WIN works directly with the Training Club to determine the percentage of the contract to be tokenized and offered to the public.

This percentage is agreed individually for each player, taking into account his training time in the club. Tokenization makes it possible to fraction this right and offer it to investors, democratizing access to investment in the development of sporting talent.
