# Investors

## 🤔 Who can invest?

**Anyone** can invest in **WIN** starting at **1 EUR**, except for the citizens listed below.

WIN is for everyone, from passionate sports fans to experienced investors who find in **WIN a new way to generate income and live unique experiences by supporting their favorite clubs and athletes.**

The following persons are not eligible to purchase **Club Transfer Tokens**:

* Under 18 years old.
* Politically exposed persons according to the legislation of their country of residence.
* United States citizens.
* Those who are not qualified investors, and all those who have a professional, family or friendship relationship with the actors involved in the denial of transfers associated with athletes whose CTT they wish to acquire.

## 💵 How does an investor earn money?

The Investor earns profits from his Club Transfer Tokens in two ways:

### **👉** Profit Distribution

**Club Transfer Tokens** generate income from the transfer of players that activate the FIFA Solidarity Mechanism.

When this happens, dividends are distributed to the token owners. Investors receive their returns according to the number of tokens they own, the initial valuation of the player and the value of the player's transfer.

### **👉** Secondary Market

The Secondary Market is currently under development and is expected to be launched in 2026. Users will be able to sell and/or buy their tokens in the market taking advantage of the opportunities that exist in its quotation.
