# Liveshopping

This section governs a one-time promotion and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The rules of this section (window, deadlines, caps, and conditions) apply exclusively to this promotion and do not constitute permanent platform rules.

**1. Participation window**\
Purchases of Emiliano "Dibu" Martínez tokens confirmed on the WIN platform from Friday, July 17, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. until Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (GMT-3) are eligible. The payment confirmation time recorded by WIN shall govern. Purchases made outside that window do not qualify.

**2. How to participate**\
You purchase one or more Dibu tokens within the window. No registration or code is required: the purchase automatically enrolls you.

**3. Condition that triggers the benefit**\
The benefit is activated only if the Argentine National Team is crowned champion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 (earning its fourth star), following the final match on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The result is determined based on the official winner of the match, including, where applicable, the outcome decided by extra time and/or a penalty shootout in accordance with the tournament regulations.

**4. If the condition is not met**\
If Argentina is not crowned champion (because it loses the final, because it does not reach the final, because the match is not played, or for any other reason), the benefit is not activated. In that case, the purchase remains valid and you keep your tokens as normal. The refund is an additional conditional benefit, not a right to a refund of the purchase.

**5. What the benefit consists of**\
If the condition is met, WIN refunds the total amount you spent on the purchase within the window, which includes: the price of the tokens multiplied by the quantity purchased, WIN's fees, and the payment processors' fees. The refund is credited as platform credit, withdrawable subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

**6. Caps**

* Per user: up to €100. If you spent less, we refund exactly what you spent. If you spent more, the refund is capped at €100.
* Total promotion cap: \[TO BE CONFIRMED].

**7. Allocation of the fund**\
The total promotion fund, indicated in section 6, is allocated in chronological order of purchase: refunds begin with the earliest purchases in the window and continue in order until the fund is exhausted. If the remaining balance of the fund is not enough to cover the full refund of the next user in order, that user does not receive a refund and the promotion is deemed closed. Once the fund is exhausted, subsequent purchases receive no refund even if they fall within the window.

**8. Crediting**\
If the condition is met, WIN credits the refunds within 72 consecutive hours following confirmation of the official match result.

**9. Requirements and anti-abuse**\
The benefit is limited to one per user and per account. WIN may exclude duplicate, fake, or fraud-indicating accounts. Withdrawal of the credited amount is governed by the withdrawal conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, which may include identity verification (KYC).

**10. Determination of the result**\
WIN determines whether Argentina was crowned champion based on the official information from the tournament organizer (FIFA). That determination shall prevail for the purposes of this promotion.

**11. Modifications**\
WIN may modify or suspend the promotion due to force majeure or causes beyond its control, giving notice through its official channels.

**12. Nature of the token and commercial communication**\
This promotion and the materials that publicize it are a commercial communication by WIN. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice, nor an investment recommendation. The token represents an economic right over future revenue linked to a potential international transfer of the player; its value depends on future and uncertain events, and you may lose all of your investment. Past or expected returns do not guarantee future results. This promotion does not alter the nature, risks, or terms of the token: the conditional refund is a one-time promotional benefit and does not constitute a capital guarantee, hedge, or reduction of the investment risk. The token information detailed in these Terms and Conditions prevails over any commercial communication, including this promotion.

**13. Territorial eligibility**\
The promotion is directed exclusively at users authorized to operate with WIN in accordance with the eligibility established in these Terms and Conditions. Persons from the jurisdictions indicated therein are excluded.

**14. Taxes**\
Any taxes that may apply to the refund are the user's responsibility.

**15. Acceptance**\
Participation implies acceptance of these terms, which form part of the platform's Terms and Conditions.
