📃Managers League Event T&C

These rules are specific to the Managers League Event and supplement the General Terms and Conditions of WIN's Missions (the "General T&C"). In the event of any conflict, these rules shall prevail as to matters specific to this Event; for everything else, the General T&C apply.

For anything not addressed here (general eligibility, WIN Points, ranking, prohibited conduct, etc.), please refer to the WIN's Missions General T&C.

1. What is the Managers League?

The Managers League is an Event within WIN's Missions designed for users to compete against each other by completing Missions tied to platform usage — deposits, acquisition of player and club tokens, participation in X-Athletes, and other enabled actions — and accumulating WIN Points to climb the positions of a ranking specific to this Event (the "Managers League Ranking").

2. How to participate

To earn WIN Points toward the Managers League Ranking, you must complete three steps:

• Have a registered, active WIN account.

• Enroll in the Event by tapping the "Register" button within the Managers League.

• Claim the WIN Points for each mission you complete by tapping "Claim," unless the mission states that points are credited automatically.

Both enrollment and claiming must take place within the Event's effective period. Points not claimed in time are forfeited.

What if I completed a mission before enrolling? It still counts, provided you met the mission's milestone during the Event's effective period. However, in order for the corresponding points to be credited and claimed, enrollment in the Event is mandatory.

3. Duration

The Managers League runs from Monday, September 25, 2026 at 00:00:00 UTC, or from the later moment at which the Event is activated on the platform, whichever occurs last; until March 30, 2027 at 23:59:59 UTC, a period that tracks the transfer window relevant to the ROI and transfer missions. WIN may extend, suspend, or terminate the Event at any time for technical, operational, commercial, or legal reasons.

4. What rewards does it offer?

The Managers League has its own ranking (the "Managers League Ranking"). The WIN Points you earn by completing this Event's Missions determine your position in the Managers League Ranking.

At the end of the Event, WIN will award a reward pool with a guaranteed minimum of EUR 1,000 (the "Reward"), to be distributed among the top 25 positions of the Managers League Ranking in accordance with the following table:

This distribution may be adjusted by WIN before the close of the Event; any change will be communicated on the platform.

Please note: accumulating WIN Points and improving your position in the Managers League Ranking does not, in and of itself, guarantee receipt of the Reward. Only users who finish the Event within the top 25 positions of the Managers League Ranking will be eligible, subject to verification of compliance with these T&C and with the General T&C.

Tie-breaker: in the event of a tie in points between two or more users, the position in the Managers League Ranking will be determined (i) first, by the cumulative amount transacted on the platform during the Event (from highest to lowest); and (ii) should the tie persist, by whichever user reached that score first in time.

5. Event-specific rules

Crediting and use of the Credit

The Reward corresponding to each winning user will be credited to their WIN account as credit (the "Credit") within 48 hours following the close of the Event and the final validation of the Managers League Ranking. Crediting is not immediate. The Credit is a benefit separate from and independent of WIN Points.

The Credit may be used to access the features available on the WIN platform, including, by way of example and without limitation, the acquisition of Club Transfer Tokens or other enabled products.

WIN reserves the right to define, modify, or restrict the conditions for crediting and use at any time for operational, technical, commercial, or regulatory compliance reasons.

How to claim your WIN Points

Unless a mission states otherwise, points are not credited automatically. When you complete a mission, you must tap the "Claim" button within the Event period. Points not claimed in time are forfeited.

Which actions count?

Only actions taken from the start of the Event onward count. Activity before or after the Event does not contribute to progress.

The missions

The available missions, together with their requirements, milestones, and WIN Points, are published within the platform. In the Managers League you will find, among others, missions involving fund deposits, missions involving the purchase of specific player or club tokens, and missions involving participation in X-Athletes, all within the platform.

Some Missions depend on events external to the platform and outside WIN's control (for example, a player being loaned out or becoming a free agent during the Event's effective period). WIN does not guarantee that such conditions will occur or that the Mission can be completed.

The missions in this Event are dynamic: WIN may add, modify, remove, or replace missions during the Event's effective period, including temporary missions available only for a limited time. We recommend checking the platform regularly to see the active missions.

If a mission is removed or modified, the WIN Points already claimed by users who completed it beforehand are not affected.

Cumulative missions: in some cases, completing an advanced milestone automatically fulfills the related preceding milestones, where the platform indicates as much.

Internal metrics (ROI and others)

Some missions in this Event may take into account metrics such as the return (ROI) on transactions carried out within the platform. These metrics are calculated using WIN's internal criteria, which may differ from standard financial methodologies, are used solely for the purposes of the program, and do not constitute financial advice or any promise of return.

Final notice

This Event is promotional and engagement-oriented in nature.

The Reward consists of Credit applied within the WIN platform, not $WINS Tokens or any other crypto asset.
