By participating in WIN Missions, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions (the "T&C"), as well as the corresponding Event Rules.

1. What is WIN Missions?

WIN Missions is WIN's challenge and reward program. The concept is simple: you complete missions within the platform and earn WIN Points.

Within the program you will find:

  • Events: each Event has a set duration and is governed by specific rules that complement these T&C. Each Event is composed of different tasks to complete (hereinafter, the "Missions").

  • Independent Missions: tasks available on a permanent or temporary basis, without belonging to a specific Event (for example, referring friends or completing your profile). Accumulated WIN Points count toward the General Ranking.

2. How does it work?

The process is as follows:

  • Register for the Event(s) you're interested in (click the "Register" button inside each Event).

  • Complete the Missions indicated by the Event or the platform.

  • Claim your points by pressing the "Claim" button once the mission is completed. WIN Points are not credited automatically.

  • Accumulate WIN Points and climb the General Ranking.

Important: if you do not press "Claim" within the Event's timeframe, points are automatically revoked.

Mission progress may take up to 30 minutes to update. If it is not reflected, please wait and refresh the page.

3. Who can participate?

You can participate if:

  • You have a registered and active WIN account (https://app.win.investments/en/loginarrow-up-right).

  • You accept these T&C and the corresponding Event Rules.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You complete identity verification (KYC) when prompted by the system.

The following cannot participate:

  • Employees, directors, or representatives of WIN, nor their immediate family members.

  • Residents of certain jurisdictions may have restricted participation in some events (for example, residents of the United States of America).

  • Individuals included in international sanctions lists.

WIN may suspend or exclude your participation if you do not pass identity checks or if there are legal restrictions in your country.

4. Your profile and nickname

Upon registration, WIN automatically assigns you a nickname and profile picture. You can change both once every 14 days, provided it does not infringe third-party rights or is offensive or misleading.

5. WIN Points: what are they?

WIN Points are the program's points. It is important to understand what they are and what they are not:

βœ… WIN Points are used to accumulate ranking position and potentially be eligible for future reward programs.

❌ WIN Points are NOT money, cryptocurrency, tokens, or any financial asset.

❌ They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.

❌ They do not guarantee any economic reward.

WIN may adjust, withhold, or revoke WIN Points if irregularities are detected or for technical or security reasons. These decisions are final.

6. General Ranking

All WIN Points earned through Events and independent missions are added to a General Ranking. However, certain Events may have their own ranking or specific reward structures, independent of the General Ranking. This ranking is public within the platform and is updated periodically.

The display of WIN Points and Rankings may experience delays due to technical reasons and is for informational purposes only, in no case constituting an acquired right.

It is important to clarify that the General Ranking is informational and dynamic in nature. Being in a given position does not automatically entitle you to any reward. WIN may adjust positions due to fraud controls, technical errors, or compliance verifications.

7. $WINS Airdrop

WIN may carry out, at its discretion, one or more airdrops of $WINS Tokens (utility tokens). An Airdrop is a distribution of utility tokens among users who meet certain requirements.

What you need to know:

  • Participating in Events and accumulating WIN Points does not guarantee receiving $WINS Tokens in the Airdrop.

  • WIN will determine at the appropriate time who is eligible, when it takes place, and under what conditions.

  • If carried out, the distribution will be based on the General Ranking at the time of the Airdrop.

  • In the event of an Airdrop, WIN will communicate all relevant information in a timely manner to the user's registered email address.

8. Prohibited conduct

WIN aims to ensure fair competition. The following practices are prohibited and may result in disqualification and loss of points:

  • Creating or using multiple accounts.

  • Using bots, scripts, or any automation to complete missions.

  • Engaging in wash trading (buying and selling between your own accounts to inflate metrics).

  • Coordinating strategies with other users to manipulate results.

  • Placing and canceling orders en masse without genuine intent to trade.

  • Impersonating other individuals.

  • Any other practice that distorts the normal functioning of the program.

9. Your data and communications

WIN uses your data solely for:

  • Managing your participation in Events.

  • Verifying that you meet the requirements (identity, anti-fraud, etc.).

  • Sending you operational notifications (confirmations, changes, credits).

You may also receive marketing communications to the email address you registered with. You can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or from the app settings, without affecting your participation.

10. Changes and cancellations

WIN may modify, suspend, or cancel Events or these rules for technical, operational, commercial, security, or legal reasons. If an Event is canceled, WIN will communicate this on its website.

WIN's decisions regarding rule interpretation, disqualifications, and rankings are final. If you have questions, you may contact the Customer Support team.

11. Limitation of liability

WIN is not liable for:

  • Internet connectivity issues on your end.

  • Failures of third-party devices or applications.

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, crises, etc.).

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama and resolved through binding arbitration in that country.

Important notice:

  • WIN Missions is an engagement program, not an investment product.

  • WIN Points are not money or financial assets.

  • Nothing contained herein constitutes financial advice or a promise of returns.

  • All participating users must strictly comply with the Terms & Conditions of each Event. Non-compliance may result, as applicable, in account suspension, Event disqualification, and/or reward cancellation.

  • WIN reserves the right to adjust, at any time, the missions, mechanics, timelines, and/or rewards of Events for operational, technical, or commercial reasons, including but not limited to availability of spots, integrations, changes in third-party platforms, or security and compliance requirements.

  • WIN reserves the right to modify these Rules in any manner and at any time. WIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend Events in the event that viruses, errors, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper functioning of participation. In the event of cancellation or suspension, WIN will immediately post a notice on its website to that effect.
