# Claiming Points ### 📝 How Claiming Works Completing a mission does not automatically credit WIN Points.\ To receive points, users must manually press the **“Claim”** button after completing the required action. Once a claim is submitted and processed, WIN Points: * Are added to the user’s total balance * Contribute to ranking positioning * Appear in the user’s activity history ### ⏱️ Processing & Updates After pressing **Claim**, progress may take a short time to reflect across the platform. Points can be subject to technical validation and verification checks. In some cases, updates may take longer depending on system conditions or activity volume. If progress does not appear immediately, users can refresh the page and check again later. ### 📌 Claim Requirements To successfully claim WIN Points, the following conditions must be met: * The user must be registered in the corresponding event * The mission must be completed according to its rules * The Claim must be made within the allowed timeframe If a mission is not claimed in time, the associated points may no longer be available. ### 🔍 Verification & Eligibility All claimed points are subject to internal verification processes.
