❓ Is gamification mandatory?

No. Participation in gamification is completely optional and does not affect your ability to use, invest, or interact with the WIN platform.

❓ Do WIN Points have monetary value?

No. WIN Points are internal, non-monetary points used only to track participation, activity and progress in missions and events.

They:

  • Cannot be transferred

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • Do not represent financial value

❓ When do missions start counting?

Missions count only from the moment a specific event or stage becomes active.

Actions completed before an event begins do not count toward missions, except for any base points explicitly granted by WIN.

❓ Do I need to register for an event?

Yes. Users must register in each event before they can claim WIN Points.

❓ Do I need to claim my points?

Yes. Completing a mission does not automatically credit points.

Users must press the β€œClaim” button after completing the required action in order to receive their points.

❓ Can missions or rules change over time?

Yes. Missions, point values, conditions and rules may be updated during a campaign to improve fairness, balance, system stability or user experience.

❓ Can I participate without a Web3 wallet?

Yes. A Web3 wallet is not required to participate in missions, events or gamification features.

❓ Where do points appear?

Claimed WIN Points are visible inside your profile and contribute to:

  • Your total points balance

  • Event progress tracking

  • Leaderboard positioning

Updates may take a short time to reflect.

❓ What happens if I don’t claim a mission in time?

If a mission is not claimed within the allowed timeframe, the associated points may no longer be available.

❓ Can WIN change or cancel a gamification event?

Yes. WIN reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel missions, events or point systems when necessary to ensure:

  • Fair participation

  • System integrity

  • Compliance with platform rules

❓ What happens if someone tries to abuse the system?

Accounts involved in abusive, fraudulent or manipulative behavior may be subject to:

  • Point adjustment or revocation

  • Mission invalidation

  • Removal from rankings

  • Disqualification from events

❓ Are points guaranteed?

No. Points and rankings are subject to verification and validation processes.

WIN may review activity and adjust results if inconsistencies or rule violations are detected.
