### Promotional Campaigns

WIN may periodically offer promotional campaigns, live shopping events, contests, challenges, rewards programs, or other marketing initiatives. Each promotion may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, participation periods, conditions, limitations, prize pools, and allocation mechanisms, which will be communicated separately for the relevant campaign.

Participation in a promotion does not alter the legal nature, risks, or contractual terms of any token or product offered by WIN. Any promotional benefit, reimbursement, reward, or incentive is granted solely under the conditions of the applicable promotion and shall not be construed as a guarantee of capital preservation, profitability, liquidity, or future performance.
