Once the payment date has arrived and the funds have been credited to the investor's WIN wallet, they can be withdrawn using various withdrawal methods.
To do this, go to your user profile and you will see the amount of Money available for withdrawal. For example:
Important Clarification: The investor's collection rights are subject to the fulfillment of the condition set forth in the issuance terms, which consists of the player's next transfer—either permanently or on loan—being for a fee, during the validity of their contract, and taking place between clubs affiliated with different associations, or within the same association as long as the Training Club belongs to a different association.
Once the condition is met, the FIFA Solidarity Mechanisms will be activated in favor of the Training Club, which must allocate the percentage of the funds received through the SM related to the issuance to repay the participatory loan granted by WIN. WIN, in turn, will use the funds received from the Training Club to pay the investors who invested in the same issuance.
The investor understands and accepts that, in accordance with the issuance terms of the securities, until the Training Club repays the participatory loan to WIN, WIN will owe nothing to the investor.
Notwithstanding the above, WIN is authorized, at its sole discretion, to advance funds to investors in full or in part, at its own risk, once the collection condition has been met. This means assuming the risk that FIFA does not pay the Training Club and the risk that the Training Club does not pay WIN. The exercise of this discretion by WIN will not modify the investor’s collection rights as regulated in the issuance terms of the securities, will not create any right for the investor to receive advances in the future, nor will it imply any waiver by WIN.
In such a case, the funds will be advanced to the investor based on the market information available at that time and will be adjusted upwards, if applicable, when the Training Club repays the participatory loan to WIN. Any downward adjustment will be absorbed by WIN.
The withdrawal fee on the platform is 2%. This fee allows WIN to cover the costs associated with payment processors, preventing additional charges for the user. You will be able to view the final balance when interacting with the platform before confirming the withdrawal.
