# Taxation Framework

## Operation Classification

In general terms, the purchase of tokens can be defined as the acquisition of a digital asset registered in a Blockchain. It is not typified as a transaction of a virtual currency (cryptocurrency), but as the purchase of rights to a certain asset.

## Investor's Country of Residence

Although WIN SPORTS MARKET,SA is a Spanish company, it is necessary to analyze the tax regulations issued by the country where the investor has its tax residence, in order to determine the taxes to be borne and when they should be settled.

For this purpose, the Tax Treaties signed between Spain and other countries (such is the case of most of the LATAM countries) to avoid double taxation must also be taken into consideration. The spirit of these treaties is to prevent that the operations carried out by the investor through WIN are taxed in both countries.

## **Taxes and Tax Obligations**

Each investor, user, or token holder is solely responsible for analyzing, determining, and complying with any tax, fiscal, foreign exchange, or regulatory obligations that may apply in their jurisdiction as a result of the acquisition, holding, transfer, or receipt of income related to the tokens.

WIN does not provide tax, fiscal, legal, or financial advice. Therefore, each user is advised to consult with their own professional advisors before carrying out any transaction within the ecosystem.
